We are seeking a talented Field Sr. HR Business Partner to be part of a Human Resources team that serves as consultative business partners to first line and mid-level Field leaders in driving employee productivity, employee engagement and improving organizational effectiveness.  In collaboration with their team members and other Human Resources functions, they are responsible for assisting with the development, coordination, support and implementation of targeted HR initiatives for the Field organization, which includes all lines of business.  As a consultative business partner, they provide day-to-day human resources support to the Center, District and Regional leaders.  This support is designed to meet the unique needs of their customer group, which is comprised of a third of the Field organization.  Field Sr. HR Business Partners also serve as an HR interface for and integrator of other Human Resources initiatives and functions, such as Organization Development, Learning and Development, Compensation, Benefits, Employee Relations and Talent Acquisition.  

Job Responsibilities:

• Provides partnership, leadership, direction, counsel and expertise to enable business leaders to manage a small to medium sized business as well as integrated enterprise events.
• Provides oversight, supervision and direction to (KCLC divisional HR team) to deliver HR programs and services designed to meet the unique needs of the customer group.
